Definition: It is to help a person find their way to their destination. A device can be used called GPS (Global Positioning System) that shows what the position of the person is according to a map displayed and can guide a person from ‘A’ to ‘B’. It is information that has been collected and can be displayed in various forms which include maps, stars position, using nature’s habits (ex. On which side the moss grows on the tree.), compass, and various other forms to find ones way. Often on train maps it uses different colors for the different lines one can take. This helps one be able to follow the line easier than if all the lines were the same color, especially in cities that have many different train lines crisscrossing over each other. Navigating Information doesn't only have to pertain towards maps and finding ones destination, it can also be navigating one through different information.
